Job Role Summary:

As a Site Engineer (Civil) at Esquire Apartments Limited, your main responsibility will be to oversee and manage all aspects of civil construction activities at project sites. You will focus on ensuring the structural integrity, maintaining quality assurance, adhering to timelines, and coordinating effectively with contractors, consultants, and project management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision:
  Monitor day-to-day site operations, ensuring that civil works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Construction Management:
  Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow, material management, and labor utilization on-site.
• Quality Control:
  Inspect work progress and materials, and ensure compliance with quality control standards, codes, and regulations.
• Progress Reporting:
  Keep daily site logs, update the departmental head on progress, and promptly address any site-related issues or delays with proposed solutions.
• Structural Coordination:
  Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and consultants to resolve on-site technical issues and implement design adjustments as required.
• Material Verification:
  Check materials delivered to the site for quality and quantity as per BOQ/specification, and ensure proper storage and handling.
• Health & Safety Compliance:
  Ensure that all site activities follow safety guidelines and statutory regulations; promote a safe working environment.
• Project Documentation:
  Maintain accurate records of all site activities, site instructions, and variations; support in documentation for handover and billing purposes.
• Timeline Adherence:
  Ensure project milestones are met within the approved schedule and take proactive steps to prevent delays.
• Stakeholder Coordination:
  Liaise with suppliers, vendors, local authorities, and internal departments to ensure smooth site execution.

Requirements:

• Candidate should have Diploma/B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from reputed university.
• 05 years of relevant experience in real estate or high-rise building construction.
• Sound knowledge of structural drawings, BOQ preparation, and construction methods.
• Proficient in MS Project/Excel, and site reporting tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
